Robo-Sauce by Adam Rubin and Daniel Salmieri
The publisher says… Have you ever wanted to be a gigantic awesome robot? Be careful what you wish for. Here’s the story of a magic potion called Robo-Sauce. It’s all happy fun times until robots take over and transform this very book, right before your eyes. Get ready for a surprise ending, the likes of which humanity has never seen!
Eva says… This one was a LITTLE confusing, but all you need to know is that this boy wants to turn everybody into ROBOTS. And that you can even turn this BOOK into a robot, but you need to turn it upside-down or you miss the end.
I’m not big into robots so I could take or leave this one.
Plus it was drawn all sloppy. I’ve read a bunch of books where the drawings were all sloppy. I guess that’s O.K. if the story is funny. But if it’s just about random things changing into robots, that’s not good.
So I wasn’t impressed.
